Job Overview
We give our drivers the ability to get home weekly . Our goal is to get all drivers home regularly and often.
Van Driver Trainees can earn up to $58,000 in their first year
Exp. Van Drivers at Royal Trucking Company can earn $72-$78k per year.
Flatbed Driver Trainees can earn up to $61,000 in their first year.
Exp. Flatbed Drivers can earn $85-$100k per year at Royal Trucking Company.
- We currently have positions available as a company driver in our Dry Van division. Make up to $0.60 per mile plus bonuses
- $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced Drivers; paid out over 12 months
- Drivers are payed for all miles both empty and loaded.
- RTC has a 401k, health, dental, vision insurance and membership in a credit union
- All equipment is 2017 or newer
- All trucks have inverters, APU with automatic transmissions, EpicVue in cab Direct TV
We also hire students/CDL Grads – in flatbed or dry van student drivers can start with top pay and receive 2 raises in the 1st year.
