Company Drivers

• Experience Pays - Pay is based on experience level, get paid what you deserve
• Avg. Pay $0.75 CPM
• Extra $0.15 CPM on all loads going to the East Coast (pays on the way out there)
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Great home time
• $25.00 per stop after the first stop
• Motel Expenses – Paid for by Dutch Maid Logistics when authorized by dispatch
• Direct Deposit Available
• Rider Policy

Bonus Opportunities

• Drivers are paid $175 extra for going into NYC
• Safety Bonus- Driver is paid a $.01 per mile
• Quarterly bonuses that add $0.07 CPM
• Longevity Bonus

Minimum Requirements

• Class A CDL 
• Reefer experience preferred but not required 
• At least 6 months of continuous driving experience 
• Knowledge and experience with E-logs 
• Clean driving record
