Hiring Regional CDL-A Company Drivers!

Job Details:

• Our drivers average over $70,000 a year. In 2021, our top earning driver made over $90,000 including bonuses. (Note that we really pride ourselves on hiring and rewarding our safe drivers).
•  Our drivers are paid weekly, by percentage of line haul revenue, which starts at 25%, goes up to 26% after 90 days, and increases half a point every three years after that.
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus
• No-touch freight plus a few customers that are drop and hook.
• Drivers are home every weekend and at least one night during the week. Paid holidays.
• You also get one week PTO after your first year, and two weeks each year after. 
• Areas we travel- Midwest and southern states – MN, WI, IN, IL, IA, OH, MI, MO, KS, AR, TN, KY
• Insurance, benefits, company matched 401k
• No forced dispatch 
• Equipment: We offer our drivers safe equipment and we expect them to be safe with their choices on the road. We run modern equipment: We have tractors with automatic transmissions and 53′ dry vans.

Qualifications:

•   2 years CDL-A driving experience
•   3 max moving and accident violations
•  CDL-A is required
• No endorsements needed
