Company Driver Position:

• Dry Van & Reefer

Driver Pay 

• Dry Van
• 65+ CPM
• Dry Van short hauls

• Under 400 miles $1.00cpm

• Range 400-600 miles $.80cpm

• Over 600+ miles normal pay

• Refrigerated 
• 75+ CPM

• Teams
• 85+ CPM

• Sign-On Bonus $5,000 broken up into 5 months, $1,000 per month 
• Bonuses and Extras
• Driver Vacation

• Earn 1 week of yearly paid vacation after your first year,

based on anniversary date

• Vacation pay is ~$1,000 per week

• Layover $150 per day

• Detention $25-35 per hour after 2 hours
• Breakdown $100 per day
• Safety bonus out paid out monthly $150
• Clean Inspection Bonus. Level 1- $600, Level 2- $400, Level 3- $100
• Longevity bonus $500 every 3 months

• Equipment
• Mostly auto’s, occasionally will have a manual
• Governed at 70 cruise, 72 pedal

• Orientation
• Rental car or flight
• Hotel Provided
• $100 Pay during orientation

• Home Time
• Home for all major holidays
