Typical Equipment:
- 85 % Tanker (Driver uses Compressor and/or Pump, hoses, and fittings to offload 90% of the time)
- 10 % Van (some drum loads that drivers help load and unload) O/O’s need to have a sliding 5th wheel to insure there is adequate space between the back of truck and the front of the van.
- 5 % Rolloff, Vac Tanker, End Dump (Wet Kit / hydraulics on truck required to operate this equipment)
Typical Products:
- *Hazardous / nonhazardous chemicals: Mainly poisons, flammables, corrosives like Nitric acid, Sodium hydroxide (caustic), Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach), polymers for water treatment, latex for paint, plywood resins.
- *Waste Loads: liquid tanker loads of wastewater, spent acids, and gasoline to van loads of contaminated dirt in sacks, waste drums on pallets, or 250-gallon waste totes
Home Time:
OTR: Out 10-14 days at a time- Or Longer. Home time is requested 2 weeks in advance – Work driver back home when he has scheduled home time.
RGL: Out 6-7 days for resets and by the house for 10 hour breaks when loads allow- South East Area –Out and back
Truck Parking:
At any Action owned terminal or other approved secured locations- All DOT Rules and local ordinances must adhered to, in regards to parking.

Driver Requirements:
- Tanker Training Provided
- Must have Class A CDL
- Able to drive a manual transmission (would prefer no automatic transmission restrictions)
- Must Have Applied for TWIC Card & Have Receipt Upon Hire
- Passport (not required but encouraged to have)
Owner Operator Requirements:
- 10 year or newer tractor with a height of 12’ 6” or less measured from the tip of the exhaust stack to the ground.
- Must have a sliding 5th wheel, working air compressor (truck air is not ideal but workable), PTO driven liquid pump, hose rack
- MUST BE WILLING TO RUN 48 STATES. PREFER NOT TO HIRE ANY O/O’S THAT ONLY WANTS TO RUN IN SPECIFIC AREAS UNLESS WE ARE HIRING THEM FOR A DEDICATED POSITION
