Compensation:

• 70% of gross revenue
• 30% includes the following: trailer fees, cargo and liability insurance, 24/7/365 dispatching services, e-log system, tablet/iPad, quarterly truck inspections free of charge, safety services
• Fuel discounts available with GP Transco fuel card and while filling up in our network
• Significant discount on parts if repairs are done at our shop
• Integration to GP Transco customer network and load boards
• Access to rate confirmations (if available), but only after shipment delivery
• Proof of physical damage and non-trucking liability (bobtail) insurance is required; available access to our policy at the rate of 7% of current value for physical damage and $25 for nontrucking liability (bobtail) insurance. All claim handling is included in the price
• EFS fuel card available – no need to pay for fuel out of pocket – it just gets deducted from your settlement
• 2-week hold on the initial settlement, then weekly payments via direct deposit
• Escrow collected - $1,500 over 15 weeks at $100/week; paid out after 30 days upon termination of lease

EQUIPMENT: GENERAL

• Our in-house maintenance shop – no outside customers
• 24/7 road-side service – MasterFleet, TA’s RoadSquad
• PrePass available at an additional charge
• Free truck and trailer wash program available during the winter season at Blue Beacon
• If repairs cannot be made promptly, you are able to get a replacement leased truck if available (if in Chicago)
• E-log system used – Samsara, at no extra charge; Tablet and Wi-Fi in the truck provided for work-related use – free of charge.

OPERATIONS

• Large customer base – continued growth in sales department for dedicated customers
• If you layover, you go to the priority list for dedicated loads – we will get you out
• Utilizing OpenRoad TMS – our in-house developed transportation management system
• Real-time situational awareness of all trucks allows reduced downtime
• Alerts to management if trucks are not covered for extended periods of time
• Tracking links provided to brokers, so you are not bothered for updates
• Commission-based dispatchers
• 24/7/365 Dispatch
• Fuel network: Pilot/Flying J
• Approximately 20-30% of drop-and-hook available
• Operational Checklists utilized
• No hazmat or rail loads
• No reefers, no doubles, triples, or tankers

Headquarter Terminal

• Over 400 parking spaces – available parking for Owner Operators
• No need to be in multiple drop yards
• Driver amenities – gym, basketball court, laundry facilities, showers, recreational activities.
