We’re now hiring experienced CDL Class A Drivers from all 48 lower states for low-to-no-touch freight. And here’s what else you get when you’re a part of our driver family:

Industry-Leading Compensation

• Top drivers earn over $100,000.00 per year. Average drivers earn $75,000.00 in their first year.
• $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for OTR and Regional drivers
• $500.00 paid orientation
• Detention, breakdown, and layover pay
• Direct Deposit: Weekly pay for all OTR and Regional drivers
• Bonuses: Monthly Mileage Bonus, Clean DOT Inspection Bonus, 1st Stop On-Time Bonus (runs under 500 miles), Referral Bonus
• Practical Miles: 2800-3200 miles per week (singles) and 5600-6400 miles per week (teams)

• Tractor speed set @ 65 mph on the pedal, 68 mph on cruise control

Qualifications

Have you got what it takes to be an Elite driver? Here’s what we need from you:

• Required: Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A)
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum Driving Experience: 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer Class A
• No major/serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over posted speed limit, reckless/careless driving, and driving under the influence DUI or DWI.
• No drug convictions, positive screens, or refusals within the last (5) five years.
• No Felony convictions within the past 10 years.
• Verifiable work history, most recent (3) three years.
• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements OR be able to acquire them within 90 days of hire. These endorsements must be maintained while employed at Elite Express. 
• Drivers are required to be available to run 11 out of 14 days, and be available to drive when their shift resets.

Elite Express will reimburse new drivers for TSA screening costs.
