Hiring a Regional CDL-A Driver

Butler, Fort Wayne, and Indianapolis, Indiana

Pay: $.62 CPM and drivers earn a minimum guarantee of $1,300 per week. Drivers need to be available for dispatch 5 full days per week, have to be available for a full 11 drive shift and 14 hour work shift each day. The minimum milage guarantee is based on a per day average of 420 miles at $.62 CPM

Home Time: Drivers will be out 3-5 days per week, and some weeks could be home more often based on freight needs and home on weekends for their 34-hour reset 

Drivers must be ok with day or night freight  

Route: This is a regional run that operates in the Midwest. Freight can run within a 6 state radius of IN. 

Sign on Bonus: $3,000 Transition Bonus paying out $1,000 at dispatch, $1,000 at 30 days, and $1,000 at 90 days + $500 orientation pay

Military Bonus: $.01 CPM Extra for per mile company drivers with a DD214 who are veterans

• Valid Class A CDL
