Company Driver Benefits
- Teams can earn up to 76 cpm: base with monthly miles bonuses (start ..60 + 4-16 additional cpm in bonuses)
- Solos can earn 56 cpm with monthly miles bonuses (start .47 + 3-9 additional cpm in bonuses)
- Premium Pay – NW Runs (WA, OR, UT, ID) will earn an extra 1.5 cent per mile for all miles
- Detention Pay for ALL Drivers - After 3 hours, each driver will receive $10.00 per hour for a maximum pay of $100
- Family Health Plan, Vision and Dental
- Company-Paid $25,000 Life Insurance
- 401K with Company Match
- OTR routes
Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- 21 years of age
- 6 months verifiable experience
- 3 years drug and alcohol-free
