Lucus Inc. Is Hiring A CDL-A DRIVER MANAGER For FedEx Ground Account

We seek a Full-Time Qualified Class A CDL DRIVER MANAGER for our FedEx Ground account in Texarkana, AR. 

$75,000 - $85,000/year Salary + Benefits

You will manage a team of SOLO, NIGHTTIME, professional drivers: 

1. Coach, mentor, train, and motivate the drivers.

2. Provide and communicate weekly schedules to all drivers.

3. Communicate with FedEx management and company management about all aspects of the business.

4. Compile and submit Monthly Maintenance Records for each of the trucks.

5. Act as back-up, nighttime driver when drivers call out or as needed.

6. Inspect/schedule trucks for maintenance and repairs and perform minor repairs when possible.

Our Work Hours and Days

Full Time is Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday (Will dispatch late afternoon or early evening, returning home the following morning)

Pay

$1,450 to $1,640 a week for Full Time

Where We Go

Full-time and Part-time PM solo runs would run regional routes to Memphis, Olive Branch, Fayetteville, and Dallas.

Requirements

• Must have management experience
• 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test
• No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
• Double endorsement a big plus (must be willing to get it)
