At RTI, it is all about the driver, its why we are here. We are so confident that you will be happy at RTI we will pay you a departure bonus of $500 if you chose to leave after 90 days. 

Drivers will run lanes such as KC to Denver and Back, KC to Louisville, to Chicago, to KC and more.   

Drivers who run for RTI's Power Expedited Lanes are paid $.6 CPM based on the specific lane we ask you to run which can change.

We offer a minimum guarantee $2,000 per week guaranteed.  

For the guarantee you must be available 6 days per week based on our lane scheduled . Some lanes Ship Tuesday thru Saturday , Some are Wednesday thru Sunday , some are Sunday thru Thursday, and more Must also be willing to run any of the given lanes in case of cancelation to qualify. At the end of every quarter (13 weeks) we  calculate what you were paid for the quarter and compare it to 13 weeks times the weekly guarantee.  

Hiring Area: Within 75 miles of KC, drivers greater than 40 miles must park their Personal vehicle in KC.   

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 Transition Bonus paying out $1,000 at dispatch, $1,000 at 30 days, and $1,000 at 90 days + $500 orientation pay

Minimum Requirements:  

• Valid Class A CDL    
• Must be at least 23 years of Age    
• Must meet FMCSA/DOT driver regulations 
• 2 Years Verifiable Class A Tractor Trailer Experience
