Miles/Week

• 6000 miles *on average

Equipment

• 2021r Volvo VNL series tractors with APU, Inverter, Fridge, Double Bunk

Hometime

• 2-3 Weeks out, 2-3 days home

The new qualifications are:

• Minimum driver age of 25 year old
• Valid Class A CDL
• 2 Years of CDL A Experience
• No more than 5 moving violations in the past 4 years
• No more than 6 accidents in the past 5 years with no more than 2 in the preceding 12 months

Team Driver’s play an important role in operations at Merx Global and they are paid accordingly. Our team trucks are assigned to run dedicated lanes running a combination of various locations around the country and earn premium rates per mile. These drivers need to be responsible, as the accounts serviced by these trucks are time sensitive and on-time delivery is a must. With that in mind, we place an emphasis on finding top talent for this role and seat team members in our best equipment to ensure that they will be comfortable at all times.
