Calling all CDL drivers! Buchanan Hauling & Rigging has great opportunities for Company Drivers, Owner Operators, and Lease Purchase Drivers. Our fleet includes Regional and OTR positions where drivers return home weekly, once every two weeks, or multiple times a week. Talk to a recruiter for current openings in your area. Make the transition to Buchanan Hauling & Rigging with paid orientation.




Owner Operators and Lease Purchase Drivers

  • $800 Transition Pay 
  • Earn 65% - 68% of Gross Line Haul (use our trailer) 
  • Earn 75% of Gross Line Haul (use your trailer)  
  • Weekly settlements 
  • 100% of Fuel Surcharge 
  • No forced dispatch
  • Accessorial pay  
  • Cargo and Liability insurance provided 
  • Lease Purchase program for CDLA Dry Van drivers wanting to become Owner Operators
