About Hyper Lane:

We are a Texas based company, 100% Owner Operator and naturally growing very rapidly by word of mouth and gaining a wonderful reputation in the market.

  • Self-Dispatch - Yes, you can just dispatch yourself! Pick your own loads, decide your destination, how many days out, how far you willing to go and decide your home time... You are the boss...You will have access to loadboards
  • You will have a team of assistance working 24/7 to assist you with signing packets, rate confirmations and help you with any issue that might come up.
  • Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed and oversized overweight loads (We do all permits) We have trailer rental contracts, power only load availability and options to get dedicated lanes.
  • We can help with apportioned license plates if necessary.

CRAZY REFERRAL BONUS:  You will get 3% of the Weekly Gross of each Referral paid to you the entire term of employment. 

$6000 Sign-On Bonus 

- Owner Operator on their own truck or driver for owner operator 

- Newer trucks are always preferred

- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years - No accidents or DUIs

- MUST HAVE CDL FOR MINIMUM 1 YEARS ( Insurance Requirement with no exception )
