We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for our Dedicated Bedford, PA fleet, offering consistent freight, reliable miles, and a schedule you can count on. Choose your home time while hauling high-volume, direct customer freight — no broker loads. Choose your home time:
- 3-Day work week
- $1,000 per week Thursday to Saturday
- $950 per week Sunday to Tuesday
- 5 on / 2 days off - $0.65 CPM
- 12 on / 2 days off - $0.65 CPM
- 21 on / 7 days off - $0.65 CPM
- Weekends off - $0.55 CPM

Orientation & Terminal Amenities
- 2.5-day paid orientation in Roaring Spring, PA

- Orientation classes are led by experienced Smith Transport drivers
- Meet your recruiter, driver manager, and leadership team
- Terminals located in PA, VA, NC, GA, TN, & OH
- Terminal amenities include:

- Safe parking at home
Requirements
- Age 21+
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year recent CDL-A experience
- Safe parking location for truck & trailer when at home OR ability to park at terminal
