Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $92,000.

$10,000 bonus available for a limited time.

Job Details:

• $0.62 - $0.67 per mile 
• Live stop pay: $88 per stop 
• Drop/hook pay: $57 
• Detention: $23 - $33 per hour (after one hour)
• Hazmat load: $40
• Driver load/unload: $45
• Driver assist: $25
• Yard checks: $23 per hour
• Refused delivery: $57
• Truck order not used: $35
• Crosstown, empty move : $25
• Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $23 per hour
• Safety training or roundtable meetings: $23 per hour
• Overweight rework: $23 per hour
• Reefer load: $40
• Empty search per hour: $20
• Scaling: $10
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Holiday pay:  $210 per day
