CDL A Solo/Team OTR Tractor Owner Operator

CEVA Freight LLC - Line Haul 

Job Description 

We are seeking Tractor Owner Operator Independent Contractors who are interested in working exclusively under CEVA’s authority. This role offers independent contractors the chance to haul CEVA’s 53’ dry van trailers across all 48 states with flexibility and support. 

We’re now offering:  

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Team Drivers  
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Solo Drivers 

Compensation: 

• Solo Tractor Owner Operators have the potential to gross up to $240,000 annually. 
• Team Tractor Owner Operators have the potential to gross up to $480,000 annually. 
• Weekly settlements are reliably deposited through Comdata for your convenience. 
• Fuel surcharge miles are calculated weekly according to the national average and are paid for all dispatched miles, whether loaded or empty. 

Highlights: 

• IC’s would operate under CEVA's authority 
• No forced dispatch 
• Electronic ELDs and dash-cams are provided, installed, and paid for by CEVA, ensuring compliance and safety. 
• CEVA offers a base plate program to streamline vehicle registration. 
• Fuel discounts are available to help reduce operating costs. 
• No trailer fees are charged to Owner Operators. 
• 90% of drop and hook freight delivered to Ceva facilities. 
• Most loads average weight 20K lbs. 
• Voluntary Programs 
• Insurance available for purchase: Liability, Non-Trucking, Physical Damage, Occupational Accident 
• Roadside Assistance available for purchase 
• Health Benefits available for purchase 

Home Time, Route & Schedule 

• OTR 
• This opportunity involves hauling CEVA’s 53’ dry van trailers throughout all 48 states 
• 90% drop and hook freight 

Requirements 

• Tractors must be 15 years old or newer. 

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 21 years of age. 
• Must have valid CDL A License 
• A minimum of one year of verifiable experience operating a tractor trailer is required 
• Hazmat Endorsement is required (fingerprint receipt must be submitted during onboarding) 
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years 
• Current DOT Medical Card 
• Occupational Accident Insurance is mandatory.
