• Paid orientation — $100/day + food reimbursement
• Layover pay — $75+
• Detention — $25/hour after 3 hours
• Chain-up pay — $75 per event
• Clean DOT inspection bonus — $100 each
• Driver referral bonus — $250
• Monthly cell phone stipend — $20
 Monthly Bonuses:
• Training completion — $40
• Mileage bonus — $60
• Fuel economy bonus — up to $200
• Idle reduction bonus — up to $200

• 2+ years CDL A experience
• Less than 5 jobs in 5 years
• Less than 4 moving violations in 5 years
