Driver Benefits
- Earn an additional $1250 annually with the Loyalty Bonus! Just need to be a full time driver and be with us for at least 6 months to qualify! Pays out $625 twice a year!
- Most drivers are home weekly
- 2,500 miles per week (average)
- $1,000 Orientation Pay
- Up to 73 CPM (includes bonuses)
- Base pay: 50-65 CPM
- Percentage pay available on flatbed division - up to 31%
- Pet & Rider policies
- $2,000 Referral Bonus for Experienced Drivers & $300 for Student Drivers.
- Up to 8 CPM Performance & Safety Bonus
